Tentacle Talisman

Story of Item: Deep with an ancient underground temple, a cult of sexual desires and lust was crested by a group of tormented and neglected slaves of every nation. When they hungered for sex beyound comprehension, a collection of rings was forged to summon a legendary creature from the darkest realms beyond reality. Once the creature was summoned, it would attend it's mating with whoever it sees. However, the creature would notice whoever summoned it as it's servant and allie. Thus, the servant wears a small piece of a dried up penile tentacle from the creatures as a sign of being a follower. Only a few wear the talisman and and the ring.

Legend has it, the creature will be one with the summoner if the summoner wears both the ring and the talisman during a full moon. Any other time, the creature comes by it's own form.
